Eric has been in the business of new home construction and new home sales in the Asheville market since 2001. During that time he has built 150+ residences ranging from single-family homes, to town homes, and apartments. In addition to being a licensed general contractor, he is a licensed NC real estate broker. Prior to his building career, Eric had a CPA career, having worked for big 4 accounting firms in Grand Rapids and Detroit, Michigan.

Andrew manages the on-site activities for all of Flow North's new home construction projects. He coordinates and schedules all subcontractor work and materials management. He has many years of experience in both single-family and multi-family home construction. Andrew is an MBA graduate of the Wake Forest University. Additionally, he has worked in management positions in industries as diverse as outdoor camping gear, municipal finance consulting, business coaching, and online sales consulting.
